✸ commission menu ✸
if you feel like your request doesn't fit any of the samples on the price sheets, I'm happy to send you a custom quote if you describe your project via email at clem@krzchn.net - we can work out solutions to fit your budget if needed as well!
you can see more samples of my work in the artchives.
when you send a commission request, you agree to the terms below. i have done my best to keep them short, so please read them carefully. ✸
terms of service
✸ copyright
personal use only - crediting, tagging on social media or linking to this website is very appreciated, but not mandatory :)
no NFT, no AI - i am strongly opposed to both and do not want my work to be used for either
as the artist, i retain all rights to the artwork - i may post it on my own website and platforms.
► i am flexible with this upon request and am usually happy to keep it private if asked!
you retain all rights to your character(s) if applicable
✸ requesting
visual references are strongly recommended or i might have to charge an extra design fee.
please send your commission request by email clem@krzchn.net with 'commission request' somewhere in the title. Make sure to be as detailed as possible! if you are unsure, i wrote a short guide if you scroll down this page with information i find helpful.
i curate the commissions i accept and reserve the right to decline the work if i feel like i am not a good fit for the project.
i will then estimate the amount of time needed to complete the work, and send a quote. when we're agreed on the price, i will send a Paypal invoice.
✸ payment & cancellation policy
i take payment upfront, via Paypal invoice
the prices shown may increase for complex designs, poses, scenes that would take me more time - if this happens, you will of course be informed beforehand!
cancellation policy: if i have not started working on the piece(s) yet, i am happy to refund in full! if i have started working on the project, i will not typically offer refunds unless something on my end prevents me from finishing it.
✸ process & workflow
i will start working on the piece shortly after receiving payment as well as all the needed material and information
i will provide a first update when i have a sketch - at this stage, I’m still quite flexible in terms of changes. please take your time before approving the sketch, as any major alterations to the composition/poses later down the line might be charged extra!
progress will be sent regularly to you until i am done. you are very welcome to request updates if you want any!
once finished, i will send you the high-res files by email i am happy to export a few different versions & crops for you at no extra charge ✸
thank you for considering working with me - for any further questions, please drop me an email. :)

✸ addendum: guide to requesting
this isn't by any means mandatory to follow, but i thought to add this section for first-time commissioners or anyone unsure about the kind of information an artist needs. use at your discretion! :>
if you have any kind of deadline or time constraints, please communicate it.
what do you intend to use the piece for? ie as an icon, desktop background, spreadpage for your ttrpg campaign?... this is helpful to know bc it will define the technical constraints i'm working with such as resolution and image ratio. an icon will tend to be cheaper as it will be a smaller resolution, for example!
if it is your own character(s), i would love to learn about them! if you have a moodboard for them, other art pieces from you or other artists, fics... tell me their backstory, what are their personality like, what they do for a living, what they're about... this is invaluable to know so i can portray them better! it doesn't have to be long or exhaustive, it's totally up to you how much you want to share.
this might be more specific to me because i feel like i have a bit of range; if there are other pieces of mine that you like, please let me know. for example, i had someone recently reference my Dolly piece as something to take inspiration from for their own commission and it was really helpful for me to know i could go in that direction!
