dec 15th, 2022: "2022 was really bad for me in terms of art productivity, and most of these months the piece I have in there is quite literally the ONLY thing i drew that month. It's probably the first time in 10 years that months went by without me drawing anything, too. I got rly depressed looking for a job - amongst other things, you know how it is - and gamed a lot to escape from it. On the brighter side, since the end of november i've been having a bunch of fun drawing and painting stuff, trying to turn my brain off. Hopefully I can ride that wave into 2023!"
(in hindsight, i was just still really in that depression episode that started in 2021 for the better part of the year. don't give up, skeleton!)
